Thank you for stopping by. Most of my videos center around my tractors, and what I use them for. I might post a tool review, or a comedy video from time to time. I always welcome constructive criticism....so, be nice. Hope you enjoy the channel!

I like that seat. Is there a sticker on the back of it with a part number? Thanks
There isn't on mine. Sorry.
Instead of using a tape measure to measure the blades, I put clay (playdough) on a 4inch stick and then turned the blade by hand to make a mark in the clay and then did it to the other side.
That's a good idea...thinking outside the box. I'm going to try this. Thanks!
Thank you! Only video I could find on the Quest series. Every other video shows the Lasers! Super helpful!
You are very welcome. Glad the video helped.
The third line is back to the Tank, it’s supposed to be an over pressure relief.
I bought a used backhoe for my RK 24 I got the frame plates but not the hoses. I would love to see where each hose for the backhoe is connected to the tractor
I wish I could help you on that, but I recently sold my 24. Maybe on one of my other videos you can catch a glimpse of where they go.
What kind of liquid contain in the little box?
Diesel fuel.
@@kelly806 thank you very much
I doubt you will see this in a timely manner but im working on a exmark quest 50 for a guy and he wants his deck leveled. On the left side sitting on the seat its not made the same way your bracket is. Its got a big black round thing and i have no idea how to adjust the damn thing. I work on lawnmowers for a living and have adjusted many decks. But i believe someone has replaced it or bent something on the left side. I assume from standing on the deck to get on and off the mower. Which its not made to hold a person's weight like a big commercial mower. I have a john deere m665 thats a commercial mower but it has chains on it to adjust the deck. Just dont know about this exmark
Yeah...sounds like it has been "modified" since it rolled off the factory floor. You might want to try and level the deck with that rod that is attached to the frame to the deck. Maybe that will help.
@@kelly806 I figured it out man. Thank you anyway. The round black thing worked like a cam to set the decks cut height position. Customer got it back this afternoon and is thrilled with it.
@@codyswilley Good deal. Glad you got it figured out.
Lessons learned.
A hard lesson learned.
Thoughts on the eclipse (short e sound for us yankees) made me laugh. Well done.
I think that’s a diverter valve. A 3rd function should allow you to do everything right?
The kit to control the grapple from the joystick is (was) called a 3rd function kit. I'm assuming because you can still control the loader arms, tilt... but now the 3rd function adds control for you to open and close the grapple.
I got a yanmar 1700 that will not start at all unless you use starting fluid or put some gasoline on the rag and hold it over the intake even on a hot day and I don't like doing that and I did do a partial rebuild on the motor I reuse the same sleeves they were still good in the valves and everything were still good so I just replaced the Pistons and the rings and the bearings anyway it has good oil pressure and compression I can't figure it out it still will not start without starting fluid at all but once it's running it does good I'm in Alabama so it doesn't get too cold here I don't understand it unless it could be the fuel injector pump or something
Mine gives me fits trying to start it in cold weather....not too bad in hot weather if I start it every day. I think I'm going to try a gear reduction starter that will spin the engine faster when starting. Hope that will help mine out. In the mean time, I have to get another front rim. Mine came apart on me a month or so ago. The guy I bought my 2210 from had some sort of fluid in the tire and it rusted out the rim from the inside. Made a turn and the rim came apart.
Nice addition Kelly...I've been looking for something like that....many thanks
You are very welcome. Glad the video helped.
😂🚬💥
I throwed the turn table away. Now I just hit release latch and flip the seat over sit down and go to work, stand up flip the seat forward swing around sit down and drive no.
I wish they would come up with a better idea for the seat. It's more trouble than what it's worth.
Thanks, do you still like the rk 24 , enjoy your videos
Hi Kelly, used your description for building an advence Calender. It is awesome. Can I send you a picture of it? Many thanks for your great idea. Stefan
You did such a great job and explained it very well! Thank you!!!
Thank you!
Thank you so much. I appreciate it so much your the only video I found that explain which such detail. I better get to work. I think I can make it. Again thanks a bunch. Which I could give you dome homemade Christmas tamales for this.
You are most welcome. And, I'll look for tamales under the tree this year :) Thanks for watching and commenting. P.S. You have plenty of time...I built this one in a few hours.
Love it
Thanks!
That seat is a pain!
It sure is. They could have come up with a better design. I made another video on using a kids swing seat on the 24. It's a lot easier than using the standard one.
😭🙏🌈
They are so precious and unfairly with us for such a short time. Rest in peace Winnie🙏🥰
I just set up on solid flat ground, and two good jack stands.
I can say after fighting this seat numerous times a change was needed. Ford style 'flip' seat is a better option , simply pull seat forward, release lock and flip seat back and go to work. No fighting a heavy seat & assembly while trying to rotate it miss things mounted in the way.
I agree with you. The seat on the 24 needs a makeover.
What a beautiful tribute to your little best friend ❤️. And even though I'm crying my heart out 😭, I always feel in my heart and soul that one day we will meet up again with our loved ones, our little best friends our companion for so many years😢. Stay strong 🙏🐾
I was asked if dogs go to Heaven....just look into their eyes. You can see a soul there. So, yes...I believe they do go to Heaven.
Your mind will speak to her. Your heart will look for her. Your soul knows she's at peace. ❤

I feel bad may willie rest in peace
I will always love puppies ❤❤❤❤❤
Youre probably not monitoring this post anymore, but incase you are, I have a Quest 54 inch and I have an issue where my mower deck jams when trying to raise it. I cut my grass on 2.5 or 3 and when I go to put the mower away I raised to deck to its max height. It will jam about 3/4 of the way up and I have to go up/down/up/down with force to eventually get it to go up. Never had a problem when lowering it. Any ideas what the issue may be?
You're in luck...I still monitor all of my videos...and thanks for watching! Mine did the same thing. I found that taking the deck out, cleaning and lubing the metal on metal parts in the raise/lower system helped some.....but didn't clear it up completely. I think that over time, it's just worn down. Hope this helps. Thanks again for watching!
Dynamite! Lots of power in small package.
Yessir....it's a powerful little tractor.
It does break its like $25 but a fn pain in the ass to replace
They don't make it easy, thats for sure.
I love mine. We have the backhoe, box blade, tiller and wood chipper. Only thing is shop around for your attachments. Lastly if you are doing alot of work with the backhoe get the stick to move forward and backwards without having to keep flipping the seat.
Thank you for this vid. I have TYM 254 which is yhe same machine underva different name. I wish mine came stokk with a thumb on the hoe. Also the parts that keep your lift arms tidy. I wish i got that assemblage with mine as well. Thsnk you for this vid.
You're very welcome. Thank you for taking time to watch.
Thanks for that is the only video out there that I could find
You are very welcome. Hope it helped.
Hot dog, that worked like a charm.
It worked waaaaay better than I thought it would. And it was Champ's idea :)
Hi Kelly, this was a good video. I'm trying to figure out why your RK24 has 3 hydraulic hoses going to the backhoe, mine only has 2...
LOL...I am too. Everything works fine with just 2, not sure what the third one is/was for.
Ha ha that smoking part was funny
Will share this with my husband, who shares the same problem
I hope it helps him out. Thanks for watching!
Are you the guy who invented sliced bread?
I wish.
Godamb it thats so smart

Been trying to figure out what the hell it was on my tractor. Yanmar engine, but not tractor.
It does look out of place when you first see it. I had my tractor for about a year before I knew what it was for.
@@kelly806 Several other mechanics liked at it and thought it was a pump assist for the return. The type used when a fuel cooler was added. Once I tracked your video down I was able to cross reference for a John Deere part, which fit the tractor I'm working on. Thanks!
@@FarmerBrownGrows You're more than welcome. Glad the video helped you out!
When showing how to do the 36" circle once you have the squre why don't go from corner to corner to find the centre
You can, if you have a 36" square, but this is the way I chose to find the center.
I borrowed a rk24 tractor. Started it to pull off the trailer. Turned it off. Won't start. Battery is strong. Any ideas?
Check the fuse block and make sure they are all intact.
Brilliant idea but just letting you know. Super bad idea to stand on that cylinder. Your putting a side load on the rod which could damage the seal or worse. Again, though. Love the swing idea. Gonna do it on my RK24 as well!
Thanks for watching Ron, and thanks for the advice about standing on the cylinder. The swing was probably one of the better thoughts I've had in my life :)
Do you need to remove the air filter when using it?
You don't. Mine is off just for the video. You can actually hear it when it starts to burn off the diesel.
Two day is no better ran our 2 lawnmower blades in the road on my way home this morning.
Ouch. 2 Monday's in one week.
That's the way it goes Kelly. Typical Monday. Thank the Lord, I'm off every other Monday. LoL
LOL...I am too, but Monday found me anyway.
